Focusing on Action Items

Taking the first step is the most important part of any successful process. Moving from an idea to an action item triggers developing action steps. If your family desires to develop business income and entrepreneurship, you will have an idea of the business to spend time with.

However, going from idea to action steps creates the initial momentum needed to plan and prepare properly. I recommend starting any discussion about business by writing out the vision, plan, and action items. Completing the first action item is taking your first step in business. Your goal and responsibility is to teach and train your children how to approach business planning and, most importantly, execution. Completing action items will reinforce execution. You will be amazed at the progress you make by focusing on action items each day.
