Proverbs 15:22
“Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in the multitude of counselors, they are established.”
The greatest asset that any homeschool family can have is the support group of counselors around them. You may not know how to accomplish certain tasks to start or build a business, but you can seek out counselors in your life to help guide you in the areas in which you need assistance.
I met with several men over the years who were determined to start a family business, but only the ones who were guided correctly by people in their lives were the ones who were able to start and develop a business with their family. The best way to start working with counselors is to find three people to explain your business idea to and listen for their honest feedback and guidance. Look for people who have experience and knowledge in the area you are pursuing. This counselling will help you in starting your plan for a business. The key part of entrepreneurship is developing the vital skill of listening to others.
